From our family...to yours
The story of Symbiotics was first inspired by an enterprising New Zealand farmer, almost 40 years ago.
When members of his family became faced with serious health challenges, he set out to discover the science behind the healing properties of food.
Fast-forward to today, and Symbiotics is proud to continue the journey of our founder. We’re driven by the same purpose – a deep sense of caring for the health and well-being of others.
Our Symbiotics range is proudly made in New Zealand, and supplied throughout Asia, the Pacific, and beyond. We’re now part of a global family, who are passionate about improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

Our farms
We’ve all heard the saying ‘nature knows best’. There’s a natural equilibrium between organisms which allows life to thrive – these are symbiotic relationships. This is nature’s perfect balance, and it’s where our name comes from.
Symbiotics goat milk powder is derived from New Zealand goat farms, where our goats thrive in a happy and healthy environment. We collect fresh milk from our partner farms, and take it straight to our own dedicated processing plant. This ensures the milk is at its freshest, and quality is closely monitored.
Sustainability
Our products come from nature, so it's only natural we would look to protect it. At Symbiotics, our three pillars are: people, environment, and business – because we know that none can succeed without the other.
Sustainability underpins everything we do – from the ethical way we treat animals, to our care for the environment, and the use of sustainable business practices. You can read more about our sustainability story here.
Quality at every step
You’ll see the New Zealand FernMark proudly displayed on all Symbiotics products with the Licence Number 100005. This symbol authenticates our products’ origin and connection to New Zealand.
As trusted manufacturers, and for your peace of mind, we maintain full quality control and traceability over our products. It’s good to know this applies throughout the supply chain – right from the pasture, to the final product on your table.
