Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to delays with postal services, we are experiencing longer than usual delivery timeframes.

Please accommodate for these delays accordingly, and check NZ Post's website for the latest updates: 



Our team will dispatch your order every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders are sent from our Auckland warehouse location. We encourage you to purchase from your local supermarket to avoid delays.

If you select Online Bank Transfer as your payment method, it takes approximately 1-2 working days before we receive the payment and can process your order. If you would like to confirm the receipt of your payment, please send your proof of transaction to our customer support team at

Pick-up is available Monday-Friday during business hours (9am-4pm). Please note that packing your order will also follow our set dispatch days above. You will get an email to confirm when your order is ready for pick-up. To avoid any inconvenience, please do not go to the warehouse prior to receiving the email.

All orders receive a tracking number when dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking information is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.



We offer free delivery on all New Zealand orders. Below are the standard delivery times by region:

• North Island (non-rural): 1-2 working days
• South Island (non-rural): 2-3 working days
• Rural Deliveries: additional 2 working days

At this stage we only ship to New Zealand addresses, however we have global distribution partners. If you do not live in New Zealand but wish to purchase Symbiotics® products, please contact us at


Return & refund

We know finding the right solution for you’re important. Because of this, if you’re not happy with our products we have a 14-day refund policy for first-time customers.

If you are a repeat customer, we will accept refund and/or exchange of the products only when the cans have not been opened and are in the original condition.
