Whole Goat Milk Powder

With this product we went back to basics with a high-quality goat whole milk powder, suitable for the whole family.

Goat milk alone provides an excellent source of nutrition with being naturally high in essential vitamins and minerals, compared with cows’ milk. Including calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, iodine, manganese and chloride, as well as Vitamin A, B2, B6, B3 and D [i].

Not only does it have a robust nutritional profile, but it also is easier for the stomach to digest (in comparison with cow milk) due to the smaller fat globule size [ii], [iii], the softer and lighter curd it forms with stomach acid when digesting [iv] as well as its high levels of oligosaccharides – a type of prebiotic which supports the growth of healthy gut bacteria and provide anti-inflammatory properties [v], [vi].

For those who are sensitive and find it hard to digest the A1 beta-casein proteins found in cow milk, goat milk can be a great alternative as it only contains A2 beta-casein proteins [vii]. It also has lower levels of Alpha-s1-casien, 26% in goat milk compared to 40% found in cow milk, which can cause allergic responses for some individuals [viii] [ix] [iv].

Preparation Instructions:

4 scoops + 160ml water = 1 serve

Add 4 level tablespoons of Goat Whole Milk Powder to 160ml of water. For best results firstly mix powder with a small portion of water, stir briskly until smooth and then add the remaining balance of the water while mixing until combined. The product can be made up with cold or warm drinking water. Never use boiling water to reconstitute the powder as it may affect the products solubility. Suggested serving size is 1-2 serves per day.


Storage Instructions:

  1. Always store in a cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature.
  2. Do not use if foil security seal is damaged or missing.
  3. After opening, keep the container airtight and use within four weeks. Do not store in the refrigerator.
  4. Please use the product before best before date printed on the bottom of can.
